convenient locationtired decorfifth floor
the location was fairly convenient for getting around the city, with public transport nearby.
my room on the fifth floor felt quite dated and worn, the decor was tired. i really wish the hotel had mentioned this beforehand.

The room had all advertised amenities. the air conditioning was excellent. It was a hot visit in early august. the hotel had excellent air conditioning. location is great, a short walk from the main train station.
the wardrobe sliding door was stiff. there was no kettle but there was a cold small fridge.

the staff were always very friendly. every member of staff were always very friendly. the receptionist was excellent in checking us in and politely explained everything.

the room was clean and had all advertised amenities. the room is big, spacious, clean, comfortable and bright. new towels arrived every day which i found really good!!!
